WOW! wow, wow…. We recently had the honor to photograph an amazing wedding event. The couple Lauren and Andrew, you may remember from their engagement session we shot in Marfa, Texas a while back.

Three days of incredible design, planning and outrageous locations. Starting out on the Channel Cat in Santa Barbara harbor for a beautiful sunset cruise. Then on to the dual rehearsal events at the San Ysidro Ranch and the Moncrief Estate. Working alongside the amazingly talented Alex Hill of Elysium Productions was a real treat. I cant wait to see what Alex produces from this weekend. They do such great work.

The ceremony was breathtaking as the sun set over the Miro lawn at Bacara Resort and Spa. Words cant describe the beauty that resort displays. I had to re-compose a few times as just a peek out to the ocean made me want to stop and take it all in. One of the nicest locations going these days! The staff and services provided by Bacara were all top notch. I’m hoping to work with plenty more brides getting married at Bacara Resort. Hint, Hint.

The reception and the whole weekend for that matter was designed so beautifully by the one and only Rebecca from Imagine Wedding & Special Events. Rebecca is really fun to work with and she handles everything so seamlessly. Such a pro. Thanks Rebecca, let’s do it again! Oh, and did I mention the hand made cigars, the photo booth and…

Then the dancing kicked in and didn’t stop. The band Side Effect were so fun and had everyone dancing, singing and even sharing a few moves with the band. You’ll have to check out the gallery to see what I’m talking about there!

Heather and Neil had a Super Duper fun wedding recently at an amazing location. The Cree Estate in Palm Springs is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. I LOVE shooting there! The wedding was planned by Rochelle Maries Events By Design and they did an amazing job seeing that everything ran smoothly. Great job as always! Heather and Neil made sure that their guest enjoyed themselves fully. Heather had flip flops for dancing, a candy bar to keep the sugar high going, incredible tiered cupcakes, more sugar there, And lots o sunshine! Heather looked so beautiful in a very vintage way.  The hot pink touches on the guys kerchiefs was really playful and fitting for the location. Congrats you two! It was an honor to shoot your beautiful wedding.

BOY! what is it about those Canadians??? They have so much fun at their weddings. These guys know how to let it all out. From the guys walking down the aisle to the tune of Highway to the Danger Zone, to Aimee being serenaded by the fraternity brothers, this wedding was a blast. Oooh, and then there was the photo booth we set up for them, it was a BIG hit, I wish I could show all of those images ;). The Citrus Club was the setting and it looked great, they do an amazing job there, from the grounds to the service. Aimee looked stunning in her Melissa Sweet dress, perfect for the desert in my opinion. And those SHOES! Jeff and the boys wore customized Addidas, nice touch! Congratulations Aimee and Jeff.

Have a look! We were recently featured on The Knot’s Party Spot. They loved our work from a really beautiful Bat Mitzvah that we shot a while back. It design and planned by the fabulous Kristi Amoroso.

Jori and Kevin, what an amazing couple! Soooo in love! These two Doctors found each other in med school and even with incredibly crazy schedules, they find time to just relax and BE with each other. I loved their quite, simple style and the way they couldnt stop touching each other during our shoot. perhaps its the encouragement I brought with me for really steamy images, but none the less, they pulled it off flawlessly. We shot all over San Francisco and even made a stop at one of their “special” spots, Coit Tower. After a full days shooting with these two, there was no better way to say goodbye for now, than a stop for some great sushi! They are getting married later this summer at the City Club in San Francisco. That is going to be an incredible and beautiful wedding, given that the Gay Pride parade is the same day in the same location! I cant wait for your big day guys!

We recently shot a great esession in beautiful SF, CA. Karen and Mike wanted to shoot in their favorite city, so I wasnt going to say no to that! We hit several of their fav spots including Bi Rite Ice Cream! The best ever!!! And Chrissy Field on a super clear day, imagine that! These two are planning a really beautiful wedding at Squaw Valley later this spring, I cant wait!

We are taking part in a Wedding Lounge Event at Heath Ceramics / Sausalito this Sunday and we are super excited at that! There is going to be such amazing talents coming together to offer brides their goods and hopefully help brides put together their dream wedding. Check out the event….
